Nepal has one of the greatest altitude variations in the world as its altitude ranges from 60m above from the sea level to the highest point on earth i.e. 8848m. Annapurna is one of them. Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is shortly pronounced as ABC trek which is often regarded as one of the best trek in the world as Annapurna Base Camp offers the experience and insight into mountain life, Culture and tradition in addition to the majestic and panoramic views of the snow capped Himalayas. In Addition, the way to the ABC trek will be more interesting due to the scene of heavy rocky zones and the more interesting will be when you don’t have to walk on these types of way before.

Outline Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu airport and transfer to Hotel (1350m)
Day 2 : Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and drive to Nayapul 55km and Trek to Ghandruk (2020m)
Day 3 : Trek from Ghandruk to Sinuwa (2340m)
Day 4 : Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali (3200m)
Day 5 : Trek from Deurali to Annapurna base camp (4130m)
Day 6 : Trek from ABC to Dovan (2600m)
Day 7 : Trek from Dovan to Jhinu Danda (1736m)
Day 8 : Trek from Jhinu Danda to Siwai or Phedi and Drive to Pokhara (900m)
Day 9 : Free time and fly to Kathmandu
Day 10 : Departure

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu airport and upon arrival transfer to Hotel (1350m) D From Tribhuvan International Airport you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon you will be invited to visit our office for a briefing about the each day program. Today you will receive your Annapurna Conservation Permits and TIMS.

Day 02: Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara and drive to Nayapul (55km) and Trek to Ghandruk (2020m) B / L / D After having breakfast early in the morning with a half flight to Pokhara and drive to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk. At a 30minutes walk from Nayapul you will reach Birethanti, here you have to show your trekking permit and TIMS in the National Park Office. After a short stop, and trail slightly goes Ghandruk, follow the Modi Khola, village of syauli bazar and overnight at Lodge. Today is an easy day, you will walk for 5 hours. On a clear day, you see the nice view of Annapurna South, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Machhapuchhre etc. Rest of the day, you will explore Ghandruk village, Gurung Museum, overnight at Lodge.

Day 03: Trek from Ghandruk to Sinuwa(2340m) B / L / D Today, you will trek from Ghandruk to Sinuwa (2340m). It takes 6-7 hours to walk. The trail from Ghandruk to Chomrong Danda is slowly rising. From Komrong Danda, you will trek down to Komrong Khola. Again climb up to Chhomrong, Chhomrong is another nice and big village. From this village, you will trek down to the river and will climb again to Sinuwa. If the weather is nice, you will have nice Mountain View, overnight at Lodge.

Day 04: Trek From Sinuwa to Deurali(3200m) B / L / D In the morning, you will have a nice view if the weather is nice. After that, you will have breakfast and trek from Sinuwa to Deurali. The trail is mostly uphill and jungle walk. It takes 6-7 hours to walk. You will pass Bamboo, Dovan, and Himalaya during the trek, overnight at Lodge.

Day 05: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna base camp (4130m) B / L / D The trail leads you uphill from Deurali to Annapurna base camp located at 4130m and it will take a 5-6 hour walk. When you reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp, you will again have the nice view of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Gandharva Chuli, Glacier Dom, Annapurna III, Gangapurna etc. You will continue to Annapurna Base Camp, overnight at Lodge. If the weather stays nice, you will have a nice sunset from here.

Day 06: Trek from Annapurna base camp to Dovan (2600m) B / L / D You will wake up in the morning to see the nice view of Annapurna I, Barahi Shikhar, Tent Peak, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Gandharva Chuli, and sunrise. After that, you will have breakfast. Trek from ABC to Dovan via Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali and Himalaya all the way down. It takes 6-7 hours to walk and then overnight at Lodge.

Day 07: Trek from Dovan to Jhinu Danda (1736m) B / L / D After breakfast as usual time, you will trek from Dovan to Jhinu Danda via Bamboo, Sinuwa and Chhomrong Village. It takes 5-6 hours to walk. The trial is up and downhill. In the afternoon, you will be in the Natural Hot Spring, overnight at Lodge.

Day 08: Trek from Jhin Danda to Siwai or Phedi and drive to Pokhara (900m) B / L After morning breakfast the trail leads you downhill trek from Jhinu to Siwai (3-4 hours walking). From Siwai, drive to Pokhara. It takes 3 hours’ drive, overnight at the Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 09: Flight to Kathmandu After breakfast, we say goodbye to the beautiful lakeside of Pokhara and fly towards Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, we have the rest of the day off to rest or do some souvenir shopping. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 10: Departure Our adventure in Nepal comes to an end today! Our representative will escort you to the airport approximately 3 hours before the scheduled flight. On our way home, we have plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

  •   Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara because of early arrival, late departure, early return from mountain (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary
  •   Lunch and evening meals in Kathmandu and Pokhara (and also in the case of early return from the mountain than the scheduled itinerary)
  •   International flights
  •   Travel and rescue insurance
  •   Personal expenses (phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra porters, bottle or boiled water, shower, etc.)
